1. Who we are

rootsofmine.com ("Roots of Mine", "we") is a brand operated by PowerPhoenix LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, registered at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. We sell made-to-order products celebrating the places people come from. Production and delivery are carried out by our professional print-on-demand partners in the US and Europe; the sale contract is with PowerPhoenix LLC.

2. Ordering & payment

• Your payment is charged when you place the order. We accept major cards and the payment methods shown at checkout (processed securely by Shopify).
• All transactions are processed in USD; other currency displays are indicative.
• Orders can be changed or cancelled only within 12 hours of checkout (see Return & Refund Policy).
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.

3. Products

Products are printed on demand. Minor variations in print placement, size and color versus on-screen mockups can occur and are not defects. City emblems and names are reproduced from public heraldic and geographic records; if you believe a record is wrong, tell us and we will review it.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, designs and the Roots of Mine brand are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce or resell them without permission. Municipal coats of arms remain the heritage of their communities; we use them to celebrate, not to claim them.

5. Delivery, returns & claims

Delivery windows, claims and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
