Every item is printed to order for your hometown — it can't go back on a shelf. So instead of returns, we make it right with a free reprint or a refund whenever the fault is ours.

3. How to file a claim

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order (lost-package claims: within 60 days of ordering).
  2. Include your order number and photos: the full product with the design visible + a close-up of the problem area (for apparel, include the neck label).
  3. We reply within 72 hours with a reprint or refund decision.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations & changes

Because production starts fast, orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of checkout. After that the item is already being made for you.
