Return & Refund Policy

Every item is printed to order for your hometown — it can't go back on a shelf. So instead of returns, we make it right with a free reprint or a refund whenever the fault is ours.
1. We reprint or refund, free, when:
- the product arrives damaged or broken;
- there is a manufacturing or print defect;
- you received the wrong item, size, color or design (different from what you ordered);
- the package is lost in transit (with a correct shipping address);
- delivery exceeds the maximum times in our Shipping Policy.
2. We can't refund when:
- the wrong size was selected at checkout (check the size chart carefully);
- you changed your mind about a correctly printed design;
- the order is still within the stated production + shipping window;
- delivery failed because of an incorrect address you provided;
- tracking shows "Delivered" to the correct address.
3. How to file a claim
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order (lost-package claims: within 60 days of ordering).
- Include your order number and photos: the full product with the design visible + a close-up of the problem area (for apparel, include the neck label).
- We reply within 72 hours with a reprint or refund decision.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Cancellations & changes
Because production starts fast, orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of checkout. After that the item is already being made for you.
