Shipping Policy

Every Roots of Mine product is made to order for your hometown by our print partners in the US and Europe. That means production happens after you order — here's the honest timeline.

1. Production time

• Orders enter a 12-hour pending window after checkout — the only time changes or cancellation are possible.
• Production typically takes 1–6 business days (up to 9 in peak season).
• Where possible we route orders to a print facility on your continent to shorten delivery.

2. Shipping methods & delivery times

• Standard: 3–10 business days after dispatch (US, EU & UK).
• Express: 2–5 business days (not available for AK/HI/PR/PO boxes in the US, or NO/CH/IS).
• International (other destinations): up to 30 days from dispatch.

As a rule of thumb: US/EU orders arrive within ~12 business days door-to-door; other destinations can take up to 30.

3. Carriers & tracking

Orders ship with carriers such as USPS, UPS and DHL (or their local partners in the EU). You receive a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the package — usually 5–7 business days after ordering. Some destinations (e.g. Canada, Australia) may show no tracking updates until the package arrives in-country.

4. Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of ordering (email us immediately). Packages that can't be delivered because of an incorrect address cannot be refunded.

5. Lost or damaged in transit

• Arrived damaged → we replace it free of charge (see Returns & Refunds).
• Lost in transit → replacement or full refund. Lost-package claims must reach us within 60 days of the order date.

6. Customs & duties

We do not collect import taxes or duties for international shipments; where they apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders produced within the EU for EU customers normally incur no customs fees.
